Below is a video of a 2016 Gala Dinner Event that we organised and managed for a Club's 84th Anniversary, which we have done for 6 years. This is a Magic & Comedy Entertainment themed evening.
This event required: Venue Preparation; Stage with full PA system, Lights, Spotlight and a Sound Technician; Gigantic Star Cloth; 3 Course Meal; Table Gifts; Candy Cart; A Compere/Host; A Flashmob of Magicians; 3 Cabaret Acts; Disco

As your dedicated Event Manager, we think it is imperative for us to visit your venue in person to determine the layout so we can offer the best advice and plan of action for your Gala Dinner event.

Event Management: We are your dedicated Event Management who will manage events from the beginning till the end, if required. Imagine how much time & extra hassle this could save you.
Plan: We will provide full gala dinner event plan & provide an event running order.
Install: On the day the team will arrive in good time to prepare your venue for action.
Create: the atmosphere, the memories, the occasion.
Additional Services: Help with finding a venue; liaise with with catering; provide an official event photographer; record and create a short video of your gala dinner.
Venue: WE are happy to suggest & visit venues and also liaise with the venue events team personally, to ensure our proposals will work at the venue.
Entertainment: not limited to:- Main Stage Acts; Live Music Acts, Static Entertainment;Strolling, Mix n Mingle, Walkabout Entertainers; Casinos; Crazy Golf; Photo Booths and much more.
Health & Safety/Risk Assessment: Safety is a priority and we will do our utmost to ensure your event is run as safely as possible. Risk Assessments will be carried out and provided as needed . Naturally, all of our contractors have full Public Liability Insurance. All documents are provided to the venue.
